The petitioner / establishment is hoping a favourable government decision on its representation dated 13/02/2023. It is also being pointed out that already the respondent - Commissioner of Social Welfare Maharashtra State by his communication dated 06/08/2021 has requested the State to take a decision according to the petitioner's request.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no.1 - to take appropriate decision on petitioner's representation dated 13/02/2023 on the basis of the communication received from respondent no.2 dated 06/08/2021 (Exhibit-G) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months.
