Although there is a serious issue regarding availability of the alternate forum, we are inclined to entertain the petition so that the order can be issued directing the respondents to consider petitioner's grievance whose pension papers are not being finalized even though the criminal case which he was facing has reached finality and he has been acquitted long back.

The writ petition is partly allowed and is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's grievance put up by him vide communication dated 12-11-2021 (available at page 73 of the petition) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
