The learned Assistant Government Pleader informs that the show cause notice dated 24.03.2023 issued to the petitioner by the Sub Divisional Officer, Ambad is still pending. Said authority is waiting for the reply of the petitioner. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would tender a reply within ten days from today and raise all contentions and objections.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No. 3 to consider all the grounds raised by the petitioner in the reply which he would file on or before 07.07.2023 and thereafter, pass a reasoned order within 15 days.
