The learned counsel for the litigating side informs that, the parties have settled the dispute amicably. They have prepared compromise pursis comprising of terms of settlement duly supported by affidavits. The parties are present today before the Court. With the help of the learned counsel I have verified the identification of the parties and the terms of the settlement.

It is informed that, the parties have settled Special Civil Suit No. 13/2016 amicably. The compromise terms have been tendered on record. Both the parties wish to dispose of this petition in view of the settlement. The compromise pursis along with relevant documents are taken on record and marked as Exh. "X" for identification. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis at Exh. "X".

The parties are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the respondent No. 2 before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhoom in L.A.R. No. 546/2016. ( SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J. ) P.S.B.
