Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 15.05.2023 passed by the District Collector, Hingoli, whereby, no confidence motion passed on 27.02.2023 was confirmed.

I have gone through the order passed by the District Collector, Hingoli. It clearly reveals that the said No-Confidence motion was passed in presence of the Tahsildar and it was passed by full majority. 4.

In view thereof, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order the order dated 15.05.2023 passed by the District Collector, Hingoli. 5.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to the costs.
