Perused the order under review.

The order has referred to Collector's affidavit in which a reliance was placed on contents of certain report sent by Archaeological Survey of India, regarding curative work on the idol of Devi Tuljabhavani. The Court had perused the affidavit and expressed its satisfaction that the curative work on the idol would be done and the purpose of the petition was, thus, held to be over.

The learned Counsel for the review applicant made several allegations against the Collector as well as Archaeological Survey of India. We are not interested in hearing these allegations because they are beyond the scope of Review Application. We do not find any reason to review the order. If the review applicant has any other grievance, a liberty can be granted to him, for filing a new proceedings for redressal of his grievance. 5.

Hence, the Review Application is rejected with liberty as indicated above.
