Learned A.P.P. submits that though charge sheet is filed, still the investigation in 16 branches of the Co-operative Society is going on. The investigation in relation to 10 branches is completed and in 6 branches is going on.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks withdrawal of the criminal application, with liberty to file afresh, after investigation in the matter is complete. As such, criminal application stands dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
