By an order dated 03rd February, 2020, this Court (Coram: K.K.Sonawane, J.), has stayed the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, subject to the condition of deposit of entire decreetal amount under the award, within a period of fve weeks, from the date of that order. The learned AGP, appearing for applicants, submits that due to the pandemic situation, the amount could not be deposited within the said period of fve weeks, however, the acquiring body has received the cheque and the same would be deposited tomorrow.
The learned Counsel for the Respondent-original claimant has no objection for the same.
{4} The applicant - acquiring body is permitted to deposit the amount through cheque in this Court and ofce to accept the same.
In view of the same, as the order is now complied with, all these Civil Applications are disposed of. (V.K.JADHAV) JUDGE adb
