For the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufficient, delay of 791 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil application stands disposed of.

Issue notice to the respondents in appeal and civil application for stay, returnable on 05.12.2016. The execution of the award, impugned in the present appeal, shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under award along with interest accrued thereon by the acquiring body in this court within twelve weeks from the date of this order.
