On 04.05.2023, the Petitioner was directed to place on record the price sheet and file a rejoinder. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that instead of filing a rejoinder and placing the price sheet on record, the Petitioner has filed Civil Application No.6853/2023 seeking liberty to amend the petition and comply with the directions of this Court.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.1 prays that an appropriate order be passed in the backdrop of the

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that an answer to the above submission lies in the proposed paragraph 18-B wherein, the Petitioner has stated that the Respondents have not specified the price sheet and as such, the Petitioner does not have the said document.

In view of the above, the Civil Application seeking amendment as proposed, is allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before 22.06.2023. A freshly typed copy of the amended petition memo be filed and copies be served on the Respondents, on or before the same date.

As such, the request for adding Respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are the selected bidders, is permitted. Addition be carried out forthwith.

Pursuant to the compliance of the above directions, issue notice to the Respondents in the Writ Petition, returnable on 13.07.2023. Shri Bajaj, the learned Advocate, waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
