Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants.

It is submitted that subsequent to filing of the petition, certain events occurred. The documents placed on record shows sequence of events. The documents placed on record shows that
(2) on 14th September, 2017 itself, Block Development Officer forwarded communication to the Gramsevak. On 20th September, 2017 Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed also directed the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Kaij. 3.
The document placed at Exhibit-Z dated 18th November, 2017 shows that Assistant Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti forwarded inquiry report through Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed and Chief Executive Officer Beed by his communication dated 21st December, 2017 directed the Block Development Officer to submit the report on seven points referred to in the communication. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed directed the Block Development Officer to submit his report within five days, meaning thereby, Chief Executive Officer wanted feed back report from his subordinate officer namely Block Development Officer as early as possible.

Considering this fact, we are of the
(3) opinion that major part of the grievance raised by the petitioners is addressed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed and Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed seems to be taking positive steps so as to redress the grievance of the petitioners. Accordingly, civil application for amendment is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.

Post the petition for further consideration on 22nd October, 2018.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad to file affidavit in reply to the petition and affidavit in reply state about the factual aspects referred to in the Civil Application No. 7678 of 2018.
