The civil application is made seeking extension of time to take final decision. Under order dated 26th February, 2018 on the submission of the respondents we had recorded submission of the respondent that, decision will be taken within three months once the enquiry is concluded. The decision has to be taken expeditiously, however, considering the reasons given, we extend the time by two months from the date of filing of present civil application to take final decision. No further extension would be granted. The civil application is disposed of.
