The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Collector. The petitioner is seeking limited directions against the Collector to decide the appeal. 2.

The petitioner has filed the proceedings before the Collector. The same appears to be the nature of a representation and not an appeal.

Mr Deshmukh, learned Counsel, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner may file an appeal before the Collector in proper form.

The learned In-charge G.P. submits that, the Collector would decide the appeal on its own merits, if the appeal is filed in the proper form before the Collector.

In view of that, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal in proper form before the Collector as may be permissible under law. In case, such an appeal is filed, the Collector may take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law, rules and policy, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
