2) Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 8th July, 2014 passed by this court, respondent No.2 has granted a provisional admission to B.Sc. Course in favour of the petitioner, as against a seat reserved for ST category, pending his tribe claim before Respondent No.3-Committee.

3) In view of this, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.3 - The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad, to adjudicate the tribe claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a

period of six months from today. Till then, the interim relief granted by this Court on 8th July, 2014 shall remain in force. However, we make it clear that the provisional admission given in favour of the petitioner shall be subject to outcome of the tribe claim pending before the Committee.
