Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 25.04.2023 passed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Outward No. G.P./Appeal/Cell/CR146/2022 and order dated 09.11.2022 passed by the District Collector, Jalna in File No.2021/G.A./G.P.R./CR-175, whereby the learned District Collector, Jalna dismissed the application/dispute filed by the petitioner and the same order was confirmed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad. 3.

The petitioner seeks disqualification of respondent no.5 on the ground of Section 14(j-1) and to that effect, the complaint filed before the Collector as well as Commissioner was dismissed as the petitioner failed to prove disqualification under Section 14 (j-1). 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the findings recorded by both the authorities, the

946-wp-6922-2023.odt (2) record reveals that Suresh Jige and Vilas Jige are already residing separately since 1990, as partition was already effected and the amount which was paid to respondent no.5's brother was towards the wages for which he had worked as labour, therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same and much less only one month of the term of gram panchayat is remained, on this ground, the petition stands disposed of.
