The petitioners challenge the order dated 25.04.2022 passed below Exhibit-5 by the Principal District Judge, Osmanabad in Civil M.A. Nos.119 of 2021, 118 of 2021 and 120 of 2021. The present proceedings are instituted under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. That being so, the petitioners are having an alternate remedy by filing the arbitration appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act before this Court. 4.

In view of that, the petitioners pray to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to file appeals. Permission granted to withdraw the writ petitions.

In view of the above, all writ petitions stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
