ORAL ORDER :

By way of present Civil Applications, the applicant Balaji Baliram Bande prayed for intervention in the writ petitions. It is submitted in the applications that the applicant made complaint to the authorities. An enquiry was also conducted. It

is submitted in the applications that, certain facts are not placed on record. These facts are necessary and relevant facts for the consideration of the writ petitions. As the applicant is aware of all these facts, if an opportunity is granted to the applicant by participating in the petitions as a party to the petitions, he will bring all the relevant facts before this Court for an appropriate adjudication. The counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, the participation of the applicant would not cause any prejudice to the respondents or the petitioners. 2.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel, and for the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, the Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary and consequential amendment be carried out in the petition within one week from today. Post the petitions for further consideration on 3rd September 2018.
