The learned advocate submits today on instructions that, in the light of view taken by this Court (Coram : Dipankar Datta, C.J. & Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) in Anant s/o. Baburao Golait (Gahilot) Vs. The State Election Commission of Maharashtra and others decided on 5.7.2022, the petitioners desire to avail of the statutory remedy as is permissible in law.
