ORDER:

1) The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. Papers of investigation are made available as charge-sheet is already filed. While disposing of earlier application, being Criminal Application No.1980 of 2017, this Court granted liberty to the present applicant to move this Court again for bail after 15 June 2017. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the injured is discharged and the investigation is completed so bail needs to be granted to the applicant.

2 Cr Application 2622 of 2017 2) This Court had considered the part played by the present applicant in the incident. There were four applicants-accused before this Court in the previous application. There is allegation against the present applicant that he had given blow of spade on the head of the first informant. Injury certificate shows only one injury like CLW found on frontal temporal region that had caused depressed fracture and there was cerebral oedema. The incident took place out of petty quarrel. The applicant is behind the bars since March 2017. It is not certain as to how much time will be required for disposal of the case. In view of these circumstances this Court holds that subject to some conditions bail needs to be granted to the applicant.

3) In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail in Crime No.128/2016 registered in Yusufwadgaon Police Station, District Beed for offences punishable under sections 307, 326, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code on his furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/- (Rs Twenty Five Thousand). He is not to tamper with prosecution witnesses. He is not commit
