Hence, the order:- (i) The application is allowed;

(ii) The substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed vide judgment and order dated 13.06.2018 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, in Sessions Case No.291 of 2012, to stand suspended. The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R.

22-Cri. Appln. No.2021 of 2022 Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
