The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate with wrong spelling of the tribe. The petitioner has filed online application for issuance of corrected tribe certificate on 18.02.2021. The corrected tribe certificate is not yet issued to the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

The petitioner along with online application shall also file an application in physical form with the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect

The Sub Divisional Officer upon verification of the tribe certificate being issued by its office shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date the petitioner surrenders original tribe certificate. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
