We have considered the prayers and the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner. We are at pains to record that, a matter in which the petitioner has caused a delay of six years in approaching the Sub Divisional Officer on 07/04/2022, is brought before us in this petition on 21/06/2022, seeking the Writ of Mandamus to direct the Sub Divisional Officer to decide the pending proceedings within a period of four weeks. 2.

This is an abuse of the process of law, warranting imposition of costs.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed, by imposing costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand), which the petitioner shall deposit in this Court, on or before 05/08/2022, to be donated to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. (ANIL L. PANSARE, J.)
