Tribe claim of the petitioner has been invalidated by Respondent No.2-Committee. Post invalidation and pending this Writ Petition, the Petitioner could secure some revenue record which supports his case, according to him. To verify genuineness and truthfulness of the entries therein, the proper forum would be Respondent No.2-Committee. We therefore, set aside the order impugned herein and remand the matter back to Respondent No.2-Committee to verify the documents proposed to be relied on by the petitioner after giving him opportunity of hearing and decide the matter on its own merit within the timeframe of eight months from the date of receipt of this order. 2.

Till the decision of the proceedings by Respondent No.2Committee, respondent no.4 shall not take any coercive action against Narwade/
