Prima-facie, the First Information Report and a statement of witness Yogesh Dhanaraj Koli, recorded on 24th May, 2021, indicate the complicity of applicant in the crime registered under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. In the alleged assault the deceased Nandu had suffered fracture to his skull and such other serious internal injuries noted in paragraph 19 of the Post Mortem Report. 3.

In consideration of the facts of the case and the gravity of the offence, custodial interrogation of the applicants cannot be denied to the police.
