The delay of 705 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. Shri Sangle, learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body, submits that in obtaining sanctions from different authorities, at different levels, and in making compliances, time was consumed and that is the reason why the appeals could not be filed within the stipulated period of limitation. Mr.L.C.Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants in both the appeals, has not seriously opposed for condonation of delay. In view of the above, the following order: AGP/-

ORDER

The Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed. The delay occurred in filing the appeals is condoned. Civil Applications stand disposed of. 2.

The Appeals be registered in accordance with law.

Issue notice to the respondents in both the appeals returnable after six weeks. Shri L.C.Patil, learned Counsel, waives service for respondent no.1 i.e. original claimants in both these matters. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent State and the Special Land Acquisition Officer.
