DATE : 23rd JUNE, 2023 ORDER :- By this application, the applicants are seeking permission to add them as legal heirs of deceased Haribhau Bhanudas Tagad died on 18.10.2020. The applicants are also praying to set aside the abatement and condonation of delay caused in filing the present application. 2.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application in para. 2 to 5, a case is made out to condone the delay as well as for setting aside the abatement. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
