The applicant is the original complainant before the Industrial Court at Solapur whose name is Dhanu Bhima Rathod. The State, while preferring Writ Petition No. 2182/1999, mentioned the name of the applicant as Dhanu Rama Rathod. The judgment of the Industrial Court also indicates his name as being Dhanu Bhima Rathod. 2.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The name of the applicant shall be corrected in the Writ Petition by the learned AGP forthwith. Consequentially, the name of the
