We have perused the prayers put-forth by the Petitioner, one of them being that further elections to the Grampanchayat be stayed.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that as this Court (Coram: Dipankar Datta, CJ. and Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) has passed an order on 22.07.2022 in Writ Petition No.7082 of 2022, the same order be passed.

Considering the above, since the issue raised in this Petition is covered by the Judgment of this Court dated 05.07.2022 delivered in Writ Petition No.6765 of 2022 filed by Anant Baburao Golait (Gahilot) vs. The State Election Commission of Maharashtra and others and similar Petitions, this Petition stands dismissed.
