One of the grievances raised by petitioners in the instant petition is regarding failure of the election authorities to implement the directives issued by the Tahsildar on 09.06.2015. Mr. Sunil Gaikwad, Circle Inspector, Harsool Circle, Aurangabad, makes a statement that necessary correction as directed by the Tahsildar have been effected in the final list of voters. So far as other objections raised by petitioners in the instant petition are concerned, those need not be considered since interference in the petition is likely to hamper the ongoing process of election. In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of.
