Today, Mr. Murkute has appeared in the hearing and has made submissions. He has also filed an Application to Assist APP which is tendered across the bar. The same may be filed with the registry and registry was appropriately prayed the same.

On hearing the submissions of Mr. Murkute, it appears that the Application can be put to rest by observing that in view of the subsequent 945-ABA-931-2025.odt

developments in the Application i.e. filing of the B-Summary which is at admitted position, the ABA has worked itself out and thus there is nothing left to adjudicate at this stage.

In the light of the above, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 931 of 2025 is Disposed of.
