This is an application for leave to amend. The learned counsel submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation. The subsequent facts are required to be brought on record.

We have heard the learned counsel for the non applicants and the learned A.G.P.

Even otherwise the non applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of an amendment.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen days from today. The civil application is disposed of.
