The learned Advocate for the petitioner has moved a motion dated 19/08/2022, specifically stating therein that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. It is, however, mentioned that it is in the light of the order passed by the Delhi High Court. 2.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned AGP oppose. We would not agree to the withdrawal of a petition in such circumstances.
