The petitioner is objecting to inclusion of new Gavthan area near Rahuri in the municipal limit of Tandulwadi. Petitioner contends that, the residents of the said area, in fact, ought to have been included in Rahuri Municipal Council area. However, they have been wrongly included in the group grampanchayat. The objection has been dealt with by the District Collector on 9.2.2015 and it is noticed by the District Collector that, in fact the said area forms part of group Grmapanchayat Tandulwadi. The

{2} wp 6360.15.odt objection raised by the petitioner is devoid of substance. Even otherwise, since the process of election is set in motion, the objection raised in the instant petition does not deserve consideration.
