In response to the simple notice issued by this Court vide order dated 27th June, 2019, an affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.2 by Dr. Sanjay Gendraj Kolte, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad. It is stated in the affidavit in reply that representation filed by the petitioners is decided on 7th September, 2019. Copy of the said decision is also placed on record and the decision is communicated to the petitioners themselves. In view the said decision, nothing survives in the contempt petition and accordingly same is disposed of.
