Petitioners, who are real sisters, are objecting to the orders dated 04.04.2012, passed by the Scrutiny Committee, directing invalidation of caste certificates issued in favour of respective petitioners.

Petitioners claim to belong to `Pardeshi' caste, which is included in Other Backward Class category. In order to substantiate the claim, petitioners have placed reliance on the

{2} wp565112.odt caste certificate issued in favour of their father and school record of the father. Except the entry of the year 1969 in the school record of father, there is absolutely no evidence to substantiate claim of petitioners. In the school record of petitioners themselves, their caste is recorded either as `Rajput Bhamta' or 'Bhamta Pardeshi'. The school record of the petitioners themselves is in contradiction with the claim lodged by them. Apart from this, there is absolutely no evidence placed on record before the Scrutiny Committee to substantiate the claim. On perusal of the orders passed by the Scrutiny Committee, we do not notice any irregularity or illegality in the reasons recorded and analogy drawn by the Scrutiny Committee. The petitions are devoid of substance.

Hence, both the petitions stand dismissed.
