PER COURT :- 1) Heard. There were multiple rounds of litigations between the parties, which, need not be rereferred. 2) We have perused the judgment delivered by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.4949/2000 as well as the decision dated 5th January, 1990 rendered by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Bombay. We do not find any infirmity in the decision rendered by learned Single Judge, confirming the order passed by the MRT.

3) The Letters Patent Appeal is devoid of substance and the same stands dismissed.
