Learned counsel of both the sides today filed consent terms in this proceeding. They submitted that they have identified the parties to the appeal who were parties to the suit and the first appeal. They submitted that the affidavit is sworn before the Officer of the Court. They submitted that they filed on record identity cards before the officer who administered the oath. They want declaration in terms of compromise.

As the advocates of both the sides have identified the parties, in view of compromise, the appeal is allowed. Judgments and decrees of the Courts below are hereby set aside. Now, decree to be drawn in terms of compromise.

Second Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
