These are three Petitioners before us, who have tendered the representation to certain Revenue Authorities in the form of complaints asking for appropriate action against the responsible contractors and erring officers. A further prayer is made that excavation of sand in villages Tamlur, Medankallur and Shevala, Taluka Degloor, District Nanded, should be halted. It is further prayed that a detailed inquiry in the matter of excavation of sand in the said villages, should be initiated and the responsible contractors and erring officers should be

The Petitioners' locus is in question. They claim to be residents of the said villages. Baseless allegations have been made, without substantiation. The contractors and alleged erring officers have not been arrayed as Respondents. The petition suffers from non joinder of parties.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
