This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.4-Committee to take decision on the caste certificate validation proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondent no.3University shall declare the results of the petitioner and respondent no.2 shall permit the petitioner to secure admission to the next year degree course, subject to the decision in respect of validation proposal of the petitioner.
