The communication which the petitioners seek to impugne is a communication by the Deputy Commissioner to the Education Officer seeking some information. The petition is filed on assumption.

As at present there is no order passed adverse to the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 3.

The petitioner may agitate about their rights if some orders are passed against the petitioner before appropriate forum. Writ petition accordingly disposed of.
