The petitioner is anxious that in spite of his proposal for validation of his tribe certificate has been pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since September 2023, the Committee has not decided the proposal and now that even his 12th standard examination result has been obtained.

Learned AGP submits that the matter is waiting vigilance report. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been banking on the certificate of validity possessed by his father one first degree paternal uncle and one first degree cousin, we dispose of the writ petition by
