Petitioners seek direction against the respondents to release the retirement benefits. The Petitioners relied on the judgment of Labour Court, dated 29.4.2017. Petitioner can file execution proceedings seeking execution of the judgment of the Labour Court.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. In case the

wp6337.18 execution proceedings are not proceeded further within reasonable time, then we may consider to entertain the writ petition.

In view of that writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
