The learned Addl.G.P. on instructions, submits that the date was fixed today for hearing. Mr. Choudhari, the learned counsel submits that because of ill health, the petitioner could not remain present before the Committee for hearing. The learned A.G.P. on instructions, submits that within one month, the validation proceedings will be decided. 2.

In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding as undertaken. The petitioner shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 3.

The respondents may give mark-sheets and internship completion certificate to the petitioner.

Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall take further steps with regard to the documents of the petitioner so also his degree.
