Learned counsel pointed out that the amount awarded towards component and solatium is to be included in the enhanced amount of compensation for the purpose of interest.

Learned AGP has no objection to make such correction.

fa1075.05 Therefore, on page no.9 of the judgment, in the 4th line, after the words, "on such market value is also awarded", following sentence be added. "The amount awarded under Section 23(1A) and 23(2) of the Land Acquisition Act shall be included in the amount of enhanced compensation for the purpose of interest, which is awarded by the Trial Court."
