1] Heard learned counsel for the appellant. This Court under order dated 16.11.2010 directed the appellant to file private paper book and print of the paper book was dispensed with. But, since November, 2010 the appellant did not take care to file paper book on record. 2] Considering the lackadaisical attitude on the part of the appellant, last chance is granted till 4th October, 2017 to file paper book till next date, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to this court for want of prosecution.
