It is an application for stay moved by the acquiring body. This Court was pleased to grant interim stay on certain conditions. Heard Ms. Shrutika Deshpande, holding for Mr. Anand Chawre, learned counsel for the applicant/acquiring body, Mr. S. B. Choudhari, learned counsel for the claimant and Mr. Chate, learned AGP for respondent Nos.2 and 3/State.
