This petition has been filed by one of the guarantors against the order passed in the recovery proceedings, against the principal borrower and the guarantor. It is submitted that in the pending proceeding, the principal borrower i.e. respondent No. 6, namely, Deepak Lahu Kale has repaid the entire outstanding loan amount. In view of that, the Bank does not want to proceed with the recovery proceedings and in that view

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
