In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners, inter alia, have prayed for the following reliefs :

A] To grant Rule and allow this Writ Petition with cost.

B] To direct the respondent authorities not to construct the proposed Main District Highway No. 58 at village Jalgaon Ghat and Chapaner without following the land acquisition proceeding and for that purpose necessary writ and orders may kindly be issued.

- 2 - wp12331.19.odt C] Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the Resp. No. 3 & 4 may kindly be restrained from carryout any work of the proposed Main District Highway No. 58 at village Jalgaon Ghat and Chapaner and for that purpose necessary Orders may kindly be issued.

D] Be please to grant any other just and proper relief to the petitioners in the interest of justice. 3.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the work of construction of the proposed Main District Highway No. 58 Jalgaon Ghat and Chapaner, has been completed. It is further submitted that the existing Highway has been renovated and no land at village Jalgaon Ghat and Chapaner, has been acquired. 4.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required to be passed. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
