The learned Advocate Mr. Kadam, for respondent No. 2, informs that owing to the subsequent events, the objections raised by the petitioner cannot be dealt with. He further points out that in the application raising objections, the petitioner has not mentioned the name of even a single person, who according to the petitioner, is a disqualified member.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition, so as to avail of the remedies of filing an Election Petition, after the election results are declared.
