In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to avail of a remedy subject to the law of limitation. If there is a provision for condonation of delay, the time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from the date of the filing of the petition till the passing of the order, shall be a good ground for condonation of delay.
